Getting Started

How do I set up my first device?

To set up your first device, log into your dashboard, go to Devices, click "Add Device", and follow the setup wizard. You'll need your device serial number and WiFi credentials.

What are the system requirements?

Firebrain Module works with any device that has WiFi connectivity and supports our monitoring protocols. No special hardware is required beyond the Firebrain module itself.

How long does setup take?

Initial setup typically takes 5-10 minutes per device. The process includes device registration, network configuration, and initial calibration.

Troubleshooting

My device is offline, what should I do?

First, check your WiFi connection and ensure the device has power. If the issue persists, try restarting the device and check our network troubleshooting guide.

I'm not receiving alerts, why?

Check your alert settings in the dashboard, ensure your contact information is correct, and verify that alert rules are properly configured for your monitoring parameters.

The dashboard is loading slowly, what can I do?

Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or checking your internet connection. If the problem persists, contact our support team.

Account & Billing

How do I update my payment method?

Go to Account Settings > Billing, click on your current payment method, and update the information. Changes take effect immediately.

Can I change my plan anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes are prorated and take effect immediately.

How do I cancel my subscription?
